inside your order confirmation email you’ll see a cancel button. just click it. done.
after the 24 hour mark your cake will already be in production. at that stage cancellation is not possible but our refund and expectations policies still apply.

our expectations promise
our cakes are described only by their ingredients. there are no pictures. no styled photos. no filters.
this means what you imagine may not always be the same as what you receive. one person thinks strawberry cream means light and airy. another imagines heavy and rich. both are valid.

we call this the expectation gap.
how we handle it： if your cake does not meet your expectations you can fill out our not up to expectations form. no questions asked.

what you get
（1） 20 percent voucher if the taste or texture was different from what you pictured
（2） 35 percent voucher if the balance of flavors felt off to you
（3） 50 percent refund/voucher if you feel the cake completely missed the mark

why we do this
we are transparent about ingredients and process. we are also human. taste is personal. this policy lets you try without risk and lets us learn how people read and interpret our descriptions.

when we refund
(1) if your order arrives damaged
(2) if the wrong cake is delivered
(3) if your cake does not meet the quality we describe

how it works
(1) contact us within 48 hours of delivery
(2) send us a photo and/or tell us what happened. no long forms. no hassle
(3) we will offer a refund and/or a voucher so you can try again

cakes are fragile. shipping is unpredictable. taste is personal. but your trust matters most. if you are not happy we will make it right

preventing abuse
if the same name phone or address requests full refunds three times in a row we may ask for more details such as photos or order history. this keeps the policy fair for everyone.
